The e-Spray PRO model is equipped with the new software which includes additional functionalities and a new interface. The computer is integrated with the phone application and the GOtrack Farm Manager application:

The spraying computer is a device that manages the operation of all executive elements of the orchard sprayer, i.e. section valves, main valve, control valve, column lighting, control of the column air shutters.
The computer collects information about the current operating parameters of the treatment, including the working pressure, the current flow rate (using a flow meter), the sprayer’s speed in the tank and the control valve to maintain a constant, user-defined flow rate per ha.

The spraying computer with additional functionality has a built-in GSM modem, thanks to which it has access to the Internet and SMS communication with the user. This version is expandable with optional expansion modules.

Function of variable spray/fertilizer dosage on the plantation surface depending on the current location of the machine in the row.
On computers using the GOtrack Farm Manager software, the VAR variable rate function package can be additionally activated.
Using the VAR package, the user enters a digital variable dosing map prepared according to the needs of a given treatment for a given plantation into the GOtrack Farm Manager software. The computer performs variable dosing of the preparation dosed by the sprayer or fertilizer spreader. The software algorithm precisely adjusts the valves and/or actuators of the machine so that the coverage of the active substance is consistent with the assumptions of the digital map of the plantation and the dose selected for the given treatment.
In applications with orchard sprayers, the computer controls the control valve and all open-close section valves, quickly opening and closing them, which enables variable spray dosage for individual trees in the row. As a result of using the VAR package, each tree or set of trees in the orchard can be sprayed with a different, precisely determined dose of the preparation. In applications with fertilizer spreaders, the computer controls the valve diaphragm actuators that dose loose granulate. The preparation is applied selectively with variable efficiency depending on the prepared digital map of the plantation and the dose selected for a given treatment

The PWM software package provides the functionality of variable spray dosage over the entire orchard area and the entire height of the tree.
Computers working with GOtrack Farm Manager software have the ability to activate the PWM package
Using the PWM package, the user enters a digital map of variable area and height dosing into the GOtrack Farm Manager software, prepared according to the needs of a given treatment for a given plantation. The computer performs variable dosing of the preparation.
For the device to operate correctly, it is necessary to equip the sprayer with PWM pulse valves installed before each spray nozzle.
