Processing of personal data

According to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR). GOtrack Marcin Janus hereby informs about the rules and about your rights related to the processing of personal data by GOtrack Marcin Janus.
The following rules shall apply from 25 May 2018.
I. Who is the Controller of your personal data?
The controller of personal data is GOtrack Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Lechanice 65, 05-660 Warka.
II. For what purposes do we process your personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 par. 1 letter B of GDPR, i.e. processing necessary to take action related to the conclusion of the contract and performance of the contract.
III. Categories of data processed by the Company
We process your personal data in the form of identification data: name and surname, mailing and registration address, personal identity number, Identity Card number / passport, bank account number, e-mail address, telephone number.
IV. The recipients of your personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following entities:

  • entities processing them at the request of the Company, e.g. service subcontractors and
  • and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – of course only when they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.

V. Transfer of data to a third country
The company does not transmit data outside the territory of Poland / EU / EEA.
VI. Periods of processing of personal data
Your data collected in connection with the conclusion of the Agreement shall be processed by the Company until the end of the term of the Agreement.
VII. Rights of persons whose data is processed by the Company
A person whose personal data are processed by the company, is entitled to the following rights:


  • accessing the content of their personal data,
  • correcting their personal data,
  • completing their personal data,
  • deleting their personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”),
  • limiting the processing of their personal data,
  • transferring their personal data,
  • objecting to the processing of their personal data, including opposition to the processing of data for marketing purposes
  • withdrawing consent to the processing of their personal data at any time (if the data are processed solely on the basis of the consent of the person concerned).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with headquarters in Warsaw, if the processing of your personal data violates applicable law.
VIII. Information on voluntariness / data entry requirement
Providing your personal data is a condition for the conclusion of the Agreement and in the absence of providing them, we will have to refuse to enter into the Agreement.
